About the Role

Pinnacle Live is a leading provider of premium live event solutions, delivering bespoke AV experiences for in-person, virtual, and hybrid meetings and events. We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Event Services Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with floor operations, including setup, strike, and operation of intermediate to advanced technology solutions in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Ensure all event sets and strikes are completed according to Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Operate intermediate technology solutions and troubleshoot if issues arise.
  • Act as a leader and mentor to other technicians and team members.
  • Greet guests/clients before events and provide clear instructions on how to operate equipment.
  • Provide continued communication with clients to ensure the success of all events.
  • Follow through on all client requests.
  • Look for opportunities to enhance client events.
  • Maintain accurate client event information within the Company's business systems.
  • Review daily invoices with clients and obtain client signatures on invoices.
  • Comply with all Company security and safety measures and be constantly aware of the property inventory and location of equipment, ensuring inventory is secure from theft and/or damage.
  • Ensure all inventory is in good working order and rental condition.
  • Ensure any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment is immediately reported to management.
  • Ensure inventory is secure from theft and/or damage.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and up-to-Company-standards Company occupied areas.
  • Continually work toward enhancing and improving technical skills, including audio, video/data, staging, and computer operation and networking.
  • Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in the audio-visual and/or hospitality industry.
  • Computer proficiency (hardware, software, and networking).
Preferred Skills and Knowledge
  • Demonstrated advanced technical operational ability.
  • Good working knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • Planning ability; able to plan and prioritize.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong team player orientation.
  • Commitment to best-in-class customer service for internal and external stakeholders.
