Job Description

State Street is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our North American Asset Owner Segment team. As a key member of our Institutional Services function, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with senior executives at our asset owner clients, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of client relationships, providing strategic guidance and support to drive business growth and retention.
  • Develop and execute account plans to meet client needs and objectives, leveraging State Street's comprehensive range of services and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class client service, ensuring seamless execution and timely resolution of client issues.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with sales and product teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Provide regular business updates and insights to internal stakeholders, leveraging data and analytics to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of total work experience, with 3-5 years of Financial Services experience in Relationship Management/Sales or Client Service.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate meetings and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and analytics to inform business decisions.
