Primary Care Provider

We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Provider to join our team at El Proyecto del Barrio, Inc. As a member of our patient care team, you will work closely with patients to identify their health status and develop effective treatment plans.
Compensation and BenefitsThe compensation package for this role includes an estimated annual salary range of $135,893 - $169,867, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including Health, Dental, and Vision plans, Life Insurance, EAP, and 403b Retirement Plan with up to 4% employer match.
Job ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Taking medical histories and performing examinations to assess patient health status.
- Initiating and evaluating screening and diagnostic procedures to inform treatment decisions.
- Collaborating with the patient care team to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
This role requires a CA License and Women's Health Certification. Bilingual skills (SPAN-ENG) are highly valued in our organization.
