Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Traveling Intensive Care Specialist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Northridge, CA. This is a great opportunity to work with our expert staff and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits: Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 401(k) with company matching (50% up to 6% of what you contribute). Exact pay and benefits may vary based on guaranteed hours, client changes in bill rate, experience, etc.

Job Responsibilities: As a Traveling Intensive Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your primary duties will include assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid RN license, at least 2 years of experience in intensive care, and excellent communication and teamwork skills. You must also be able to adapt quickly to new situations and prioritize tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment. .
