Position Summary:

We are in search of a skilled Personal Banker III, an adept professional with a proven track record in building, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with members to assist them in achieving their financial objectives. The ideal candidate will possess the expertise to foster and sustain financial connections with members, contributing to the success of our department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong financial relationships with members to meet and surpass both member and credit union objectives.
  • Effectively communicate with both prospective and existing members across a diverse range of scenarios.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by seamlessly transitioning between teller duties and platform services, collaborating with the team to optimize revenue growth and achieve personal and branch sales and service targets.
  • Identify member needs and proactively cross-sell suitable products and services while adhering to sales goals and service standards.
  • Execute a comprehensive range of senior teller, operational, and account management transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Balance daily transactions and ensure cash totals are accurate.
  • Open various deposit accounts, address member inquiries, manage account maintenance, and update member information as necessary.
  • Assist members with Safe Deposit access and open Safe Deposit boxes when applicable.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the banking sector.
  • Proven history of delivering exceptional member service.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding established performance goals.
  • Experience in lending.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adept at multitasking, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a relationship-focused sales environment.

Compensation Information:

To enhance transparency for candidates, we disclose base pay ranges for all job postings. Our standard pay ranges are determined by function and expertise level, benchmarked against similar growth-stage companies. Final offer amounts are influenced by various factors, including skills, depth of experience, and relevant credentials, and may differ from the ranges provided.

The base pay range for this role is: $22-$27 hourly.
