Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Household Manager to join our team at Crimmins Residential Staffing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing household staff, coordinating schedules, and providing high-level personal support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise household staff, ensuring seamless operations and high service levels.
  • Coordinate with corporate and existing Estate Managers to ensure smooth transitions and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain a high level of service quality and guest readiness.
  • Engage and manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee service quality to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Demonstrate expertise in household systems and address potential issues proactively.
  • Assist with planning and orchestrating events, providing hands-on support and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Execute projects under tight deadlines with professionalism and capability, maintaining a high level of composure and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with all stakeholders, including family members and staff.
  • Proactively solve problems with minimal oversight, demonstrating a high level of resourcefulness and adaptability.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Adherence to confidentiality agreements and successful completion of a thorough background check.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Non-smoker with a strong commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
