Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the reliability program, leveraging tools such as Criticality Screening, RCM, FMEA, and RCA to support Facilities EHSS and operational commitments.
  • Lead Asset Strategy Development: Develop and implement asset strategies for all Facilities systems and asset types, including mechanical, gas & chem, water, fire/life safety, instrument/controls, and electrical systems.
  • Ensure Asset Integrity: Optimize lifecycle cost of Facilities assets through appropriate task selection and implementation, including preventative, predictive, sparing, operational, and redesign strategies.
  • Develop Tools and Workflows: Create tools, workflows, and documentation to support reliability program success and drive team performance.
  • Define and Manage KPIs: Develop and manage key performance indicators to drive team performance and make data-based recommendations.
  • Provide Reliability Expertise: Provide real-time coaching and problem-solving support for all functions of the Facilities team, including Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and other functions as needed.
Requirements
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Possess subject matter expertise in asset integrity as it relates to Facilities systems and asset types, with a strong preference for experience with fixed equipment and/or rotating equipment.
  • Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience in leading and implementing asset strategies utilizing RCM, FMEA, and/or LCCA methodologies.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of CMMS, inventory management, and maintenance planning/scheduling processes, with CMMS migration experience being a plus.
  • Operability and Maintainability: Experience integrating operability and maintainability best practices into owner requirements and design review processes is required.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proven track record of driving and deploying standard workflow, information flows, technical specifications, and/or strategies that support continuous improvement.
  • Industry Standards: Proficiency in applying design and post-construction industry standards for asset integrity of Facilities assets/systems, including knowledge of compliance drivers.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills are required to influence and support transformation at all levels of a multifunctional, matrixed organization.
