Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness in parking lots and public spaces.
  • Complete daily, weekly, and quarterly cleaning checklists.
  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, thresholds, baseboards, railings, elevators, stairwells, and window frames.
  • Vacuum and spot clean carpets, upholstery, and drapery.
  • Clean and shine all glass and metal surfaces.
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace bags as needed.
  • Clean assigned offices and public restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness of public and service elevators.
  • Perform opening and closing side work as instructed.
  • Exhibit a clean and professional appearance with a friendly demeanor at all times.
  • Report any maintenance issues or supply needs to the appropriate personnel.
  • Participate in departmental meetings to enhance communication and knowledge.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and comments in a timely and knowledgeable manner.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of self, associates, and guests.

Qualifications

Education: No formal education required.

Experience: No prior experience necessary.

Skills: Ability to maintain a professional appearance and meet cleaning standards. Basic understanding of cleaning methods and chemicals is preferred.

Physical Requirements: The role requires lifting cleaning supplies up to 30 lbs, pushing and pulling equipment, and standing for extended periods. Reasonable accommodations may be made to assist individuals in performing essential functions.
