Key Responsibilities
  • Project Design and Management: Lead the design and execution of civil engineering projects for both public and private sector clients.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial objectives are achieved.
  • Team Supervision: Oversee a team of 6-10 engineers and technicians, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government entities, and contractors.
  • Documentation Management: Ensure all project documentation, including contracts and change orders, is accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Current TX P.E. license.
  • 15+ years of experience in transportation project design and supervision.
  • Proficient in TxDOT standards and practices.
  • Experience with geometric design, drainage systems, and public utility design.
  • Familiarity with MicroStation and Open Roads software.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $170,000 - $200,000, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
