This figure may vary based on individual circumstances, including location and level of experience.

Job Description

This hybrid role requires a balance of remote and office work, offering flexibility and collaboration opportunities.

You will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in resource management to support the audit/assurance practice in a professional services organization.

You will analyze high-volume project needs, making sound hiring decisions based on projections and ensuring efficient workforce planning according to operational requirements and resource management service level agreements.

Key Skills:
  • Experience in resource management, preferably in an audit/assurance practice.
  • Knowledge of workforce planning principles and their application in a professional services organization.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders and other stakeholders.

Ongoing responsibilities will be guided by the Service Line Resource Management Leader, Manager, or the Resource Management Center of Expertise.

A bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration, Accounting, or Finance is required, along with a minimum of 4 years of relevant resource management or workforce planning experience.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, are necessary, as well as a solid understanding of financial statements and utilization metrics.
