Job Description

This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with all environmental regulations and laws related to wastewater treatment and management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental regulations, particularly those related to Title V and NSR Permits. You should be knowledgeable about air emissions calculation practices and have experience with WATER9 and/or Toxchem software.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track environmental reports and submissions
  • Review and approve waste profiles from participants
  • Communicate with regulatory agencies as needed
  • Assist with permit applications and renewals
  • Develop and maintain compliance records

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, biology, or environmental science
  • 5+ years of experience in environmental regulations and compliance
  • Strong knowledge of Title V and NSR Permits
  • Experience with WATER9 and/or Toxchem software
  • Valid Class "C" Texas Driver's License
