Job Title: Administrative Project Analyst

RJ Lee Group, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Project Analyst to provide administrative coordination and support to multiple senior administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project records in LIMS and local network, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Track project activities, samples received, and laboratory testing results.
  • Prepare and track work orders, invoices, and accruals.
  • Coordinate with personnel to ensure deadlines are met and projects are completed efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support for purchasing, vendor management, and records archiving.
  • Schedule meetings and teleconferences, and provide coverage for receptionist duties.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a business environment, with a focus on administrative tasks.
