Job Title: Outage Coordinator

Job Summary: TerraGraphics is seeking an Outage Coordinator to project, track, and coordinate planned impairments and/or facility outages to ensure on-time completion. This role involves interfacing with multiple organizations across the Hanford Site, coordinating the scheduling of multiple organizations and activities, and supporting outage requests from Prime Contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 6-month and rolling 12-month look-ahead outage schedules
  • Coordinate schedules between multiple organizations and Contractors
  • Work directly with interface managers to understand priority and planned outages
  • Coordinate all planned Electrical, Water & Fire System outages
  • Look for opportunities to combine outages & work activities to optimize efficiencies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management or other related field
  • 5 years relevant experience - or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Superior problem-solving and analytical skills
