Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide professional, knowledgeable, and courteous service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Rental Return Process: Assist customers with the rental return process, accurately completing all transactions, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Vehicle Inspection: Discreetly inspect vehicles for damage and direct customers to the counter for completion of damage/loss reports.
- Lot Organization: Maintain a well-organized and accessible lot, ensuring ease of access and traffic flow.
- Knowledge and Understanding: Possess a thorough understanding of rental/return documents, fuel services, days/extra hours/surcharges, and optional coverages.
- Damage Loss Report: Understand and accurately complete damage loss reports, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience handling customer service functions.
- Technical Skills: Basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products required.
- Availability: Must be able to work 5 days a week (40 hours/week) including weekends with a flexible schedule due to shift bid.
