Role Summary

The Facilities Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily management of assigned facilities, ensuring that they meet the operational needs and expectations of occupants while adhering to the highest standards of safety and security. This position involves supervising staff, monitoring vendor performance, and conducting regular facility inspections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facility Management: Maintain the aesthetic and functional quality of the office environment, including common areas, meeting rooms, and collaborative spaces.
