Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Director to join our Consulting and Analytics team, specializing in Payments Strategy for Processors and Group Service Providers in the North America region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute high-impact projects for Visa's clients in the North America region, driving business development, sales, and delivery of projects and solutions.
  • Lead advisory initiatives, providing strategic insight and direction to the team, and developing frameworks, approaches, solutions, and recommendations to address complex payment challenges.
  • Partner with peers across functional areas and global regional teams to implement projects, leveraging Visa's resources to maximize impact.
  • Analyze large data sets to develop actionable insights and recommendations for clients, improving their performance, growth, and understanding of payment issues.
  • Manage various systems of record for pricing approvals, internal routing, legal/funding approvals, and accurate revenue recognition.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3+ years with a PhD.
  • 12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years with a PhD.
  • 5+ years of prior payments consulting experience at a consulting firm.
  • 3+ years of experience working with a payment processor or Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO) either as an employee or as a consultant.
  • Deep knowledge of Payments, including the complex payments landscape, traditional and emerging competition, evolving trends, and the role and priorities of entities in the payments ecosystem.
  • Track record of managing external partnerships or client relationships.
  • Prior people leadership experience.
  • Experience working with financial indicators to measure business performance.
  • Highly developed skills necessary to play a leadership role in the development and execution of consulting engagements and VCA as a whole.

Additional Information

  • This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
  • This position will be performed in an office setting, requiring the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, and frequently operate standard office equipment.
