Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all gateway operations comply with company policies and governmental regulations related to our status as a Container Freight Station (CFS) and Certified Cargo Screening Facility (CCSF).
  • Maintain comprehensive records for bonded (CFS) and screened (CCSF) cargo, including the CFS log as required.
  • Operate equipment safely in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Handle cargo efficiently and without damage, including the proper breakdown and assembly of Unit Load Devices.
  • Accurately weigh, dimension, and log Export freight into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Conduct timely inventory checks of cargo in the warehouse as directed by warehouse leadership or gateway management.
  • Check in import break bulk and ensure proper placement in designated areas.
  • Adhere to regulations set forth by TSA, US CBP, DOT, IATA, OSHA, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace at all times.
  • Complete all assigned training promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with the Gateway office to ensure proper adherence to ULD assembly and disassembly through effective communication with warehouse leadership.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
