WIS Inventory Control Supervisor – Early Shifts Job Overview:


This WIS team collaborates with a select group of specialty retailers, providing tailored inventory solutions for their unique needs in the discount retail sector.

The Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for leading and continuously training our Inventory Associates and overseeing Inventory Events.

This role serves as the primary contact for resolving any event-related issues, supporting the Area Manager or District Manager, and driving operational excellence by maximizing employee productivity and fostering team engagement.

Inventory Control Supervisors guide and direct team members with daily tasks and interact with customers to ensure exceptional service.

Team Requirements:

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an Inventory Associate role or similar position.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with effective time-management abilities.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills, focused on providing solutions when challenges arise.
- Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.
- A valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance may be required.

Working Conditions:


This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, with occasional walking; the ability to perform repetitive motions with both hands and wrists; frequent low-level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; frequent use of a ladder; the ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; and frequent travel via car and occasional plane travel, including overnight stays.
