R+L Carriers is currently seeking a Collections Credit Analyst at our Wilmington, OH Service Center office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate various billing queues to assess credit, authorize collection shipments, and identify required billing modifications.
  • Collaborate with the Corrections team to implement necessary billing adjustments.
  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate resolution as needed.
  • Handle inquiries from drivers and customers.
  • Process credit card transactions.
  • Manage incoming phone calls.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
