Credit Manager

The Credit Manager will oversee the Accounts Receivable and Collections Team, managing all aspects of credit, collection, and cash applications. This role requires leadership and training of direct reports to achieve individual, department, and company goals. The successful candidate will develop and implement companywide credit policies, procedures, and department processes, contributing to company leadership team by publishing KPIs and participating in strategic meetings. Key responsibilities include performing credit checks, processing credit applications, monitoring credit limits, and resolving escalated customer issues. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in AR, Cash Application, and Collections, with a college degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of credit, collection, and cash applications
- Provide leadership and training to team of direct reports
- Develop and implement companywide credit policies and procedures

- Perform credit checks and process credit applications

Requirements:
