As a Senior Leasing Expert, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supervising the leasing process and managing community reputation via social media and direct communication
  • Serving as the primary communicator to prospects, residents, vendors, and market partners
  • Constantly learning and improving traffic, leasing, and total income strategies
  • Thinking creatively to develop new ideas and solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of multi-family property management experience
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong administrative and organizational abilities
  • Presentation of a professional image and customer service focus
  • Proficiency in using computers and technological devices
