Job Description:

As a Customer Service Associate at Walgreens, you will be responsible for delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience. This includes greeting customers, offering assistance with products and services, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Register sales on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested
  • Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed
  • Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records
  • Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss
  • Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products
  • Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise
  • Assist with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies/procedures
  • Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and suggestive sell of promotional photo products
  • Assume web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers
Requirements:
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
  • Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment
  • Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens
