We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance/Facility Manager to join our team at Continental. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement maintenance and repair activities for building equipment and infrastructure.
- Oversee the installation, start-up, validation, and operation of all building equipment and infrastructure.
- Develop and implement maintenance and repair strategies to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
- Manage a team of technicians and engineers to ensure effective maintenance and repair activities.
- Implement energy management and space management initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Develop and implement internal FM standards and provide feedback and input for further development of standards.
- Initiate and implement continuous improvement initiatives using CBS methods and training measures.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in building and equipment maintenance, including experience managing a team of technicians and engineers.
- Capital project management experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Solid Works.
