Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at New Earth Residential LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our properties, ensuring that they are safe, clean, and well-maintained.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, with experience in supervising a team of technicians. They will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard, and that all necessary safety protocols are followed.

The Maintenance Supervisor will also be responsible for managing budgets, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities. They will work closely with the Community Manager to ensure that all maintenance activities are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of properties
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard
  • Manage budgets and order supplies
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in maintenance and repair
  • Supervisory experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
