Senior Clinical Research Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team at Medix®. As a key member of our research team, you will play a critical role in the implementation of multiple complex clinical research protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the implementation of clinical research protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase study accrual and participant engagement.
  • Manage sample processing, packing, and shipping, ensuring adherence to protocol and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and report on unanticipated occurrences and protocol deviations, developing and implementing corrective actions.
  • Assume leadership in protocol implementation and study progress, communicating effectively with investigators and research teams.
  • Coordinate research team meetings and ensure effective communication across functional teams.
  • Manage study visits, procedures, and clinical tests, ensuring synchronization with data collection schedules.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in clinical research, with a focus on oncology research.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and institutional policies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
