Job Title: Tech Lead - Global E-commerce Fundamental Business

About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead to join our Global E-commerce Fundamental Business team. As a Tech Lead, you'll be responsible for designing and developing core systems in the field of global e-commerce item listing and management. You'll also be responsible for the growth and management of software engineers, benchmarking the industry, and continuously planning and enhancing the foundational capabilities of relevant systems.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop core systems in the field of global e-commerce item listing and management
  • Grow and manage software engineers
  • Benchmark the industry and continuously plan and enhance the foundational capabilities of relevant systems
  • Participate in international architecture improvements and ensure system stability and high availability
  • Promote the improvement of team's technical proficiency and continuously optimize development iteration efficiency and reduce daily operational costs
  • Explore new business scenarios in international E-commerce
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Golang/Java/C/C++
  • Familiar with OOP design principles
  • Ability to design systems, optimize performance, and ensure stability in distributed and high-traffic scenarios
