Job Title: Regional Portfolio Manager

Job Summary:

The Regional Portfolio Manager for Nath Companies is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple properties, ensuring that work is being done timely, within budget, and meeting company objectives. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in managerial, administrative, and detailed operation of multi-family properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Supervision - Property Managers and Assistant Managers in the assigned portfolio.
  • On-Going Training and Support – Responsible for managing, coaching, and training personnel, and for ensuring all personnel have the tools to succeed.
  • Work Product - Responsible for measurable results and work product of the portfolio assigned including occupancy and financial requirements.
  • Reporting - Conduct all reporting that is needed to update and educate corporate personnel and ownership in cooperation with the accounting staff.
  • Site Visits – Conduct site visits to observe operations compliance and maintenance of the properties and complete formal reports for the property, corporate personnel and ownership.
  • Implementation – Responsible for implementing and improving operating processes and overall vision of each property.

Requirements:

  • Superior organization and communication skills with consistent performance.
  • Ability to provide courteous and professional service to residents and property managers.
  • Ability to maintain courteous and professional relations with vendors and other outside parties.
  • Have a desire to develop great managers.
  • Knowledge of Yardi and Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Valid driver's license required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift to 10 lbs.
  • Reaching above and below the shoulders.
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to withstand external weather conditions.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred. At least four years of experience in multi-housing property management including supervision of multiple properties and managers.
