About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Analyst to join our team at Element Fleet Management. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering value to our clients and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage strong investor relationships and maintain consistent process efficiencies.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to determine requirements for new initiatives and/or programs.
  • Lead the industry in customer experience by consistently meeting quality goals of accuracy and cycle time.
  • Identify, recommend, or develop system enhancements, tools, and metrics to eliminate servicing errors.
  • Assist with the accuracy and relevance of data processes.
  • Manage delinquent accounts with internal groups and keep investors informed on collection progress.
  • Support, enable, and execute cross-functional initiatives, as directed by the Lead Portfolio Analyst and/or Syndication Technical Manager.
  • Proactively anticipate issues by validating metrics and audits.
  • Manage customer/partner data, and reporting needs, and closely monitor mainframe and financial systems and other IT processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business preferred, in lieu of degree will consider blend of education and experience.
  • 5 years of related experience in finance, accounting, project management, or financial operations.
  • 3-5 years of specialized Syndication Servicing experience, working with investors and various syndication partners or similar Customer service Banking or Investor Relationship experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Exceptional Data analytical, process improvement, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience managing complex projects and teams.
