Job Summary:

As an Office Support Specialist at Spherion, you will play a vital role in the Health Information Management department. Your primary responsibilities will include scanning, proofing, and pulling and entering information. You will also be responsible for answering phones and filing documents. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills in a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:
Scanning and proofing documents
Pulling and entering information into our system
Answering phones and responding to inquiries
Filing and maintaining accurate records

Requirements:
Basic clerical experience and skills
Computer knowledge and proficiency
High School diploma or equivalent
1-4 years of experience in a similar role
