As a Clinical Director with ACES, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ABA programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. This role requires collaboration with families and other professionals to tailor programs to specific client needs.
About the OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Director. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism.
Your primary responsibilities will include supervising direct care staff, evaluating and updating client progress reports, and participating in organizational improvements using Organizational Behavior Management (OBM). You will also be responsible for collaborating with families and other professionals to develop and implement effective ABA programs.
What We're Looking ForWe are looking for a BCBA with proven experience developing and implementing client programs, preferably in the ABA industry. As a leader, you must be able to train, manage, and support entry-level direct care staff. Additionally, you must pass a criminal background check, TB test, and have or receive immunities to MMR/VZV.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$89,000, depending on experience, plus an attractive bonus package of up to $10,000 in sign-on, retention, and relocation bonuses.
