Associated Banc-Corp is seeking a highly skilled Residential Loan Officer to join our team. As a Residential Loan Officer, you will be responsible for originating and processing residential loan applications, developing client relationships, and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Originate and process residential loan applications in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, realtors, builders, attorneys, and other centers of influence.
- Identify customer needs and match them with product selections and resources within our assigned business line and across all business lines of Associated Bank.
- Monitor the expedient processing of loan applications through regular contact with loan processors and conduct regular pipeline management.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 years of residential loan processing or origination experience with a financial institution or mortgage banking company.
