Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team at Smile Brite Dental Care in Newark. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for assisting dentists with patient care, taking X-rays, and maintaining a clean and organized treatment area.

Estimated Salary Range

The salary for this position is competitive, with a range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist dentists with patient care, including preparing patients for exams and procedures
  • Take and develop X-rays as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, including disinfecting equipment and disposing of biohazardous waste
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant
  • A DE Radiology Certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
