Progressive Dental Arts is a leading provider of dental care services in the Delaware region, with a reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team at one of our five locations across Newark, DE to Glen Mills, PA.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, administrative tasks, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. They will be responsible for scheduling appointments, updating medical records, charting existing/needed/completed treatment, ensuring patients receive routine preventative care, and managing correspondence with specialists.

The successful candidate will also be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, provide excellent patient education and relationship management, and work closely with our patients to deliver exceptional care.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must be a Registered Dental Hygienist with a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care. You should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and be committed to ongoing learning and development.

You will be responsible for performing various duties, including taking X-rays, reviewing them for signs of dental diseases, screening patients during check-ups, reviewing a patient's dental history, recommending care to improve oral health, teaching patients about proper teeth cleaning techniques, performing preventive dental care, applying fluoride treatments, and more.
