Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restoration Project Manager to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Tri-County MD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of restoration and reconstruction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and develop a team of skilled tradespeople to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that projects are aligned with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as construction management or business administration.
  • Current Maryland Home Improvement Contractors license (MHIC).
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the restoration and reconstruction industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines to manage.
