Your Responsibilities:

  • Report to the shift supervisor regarding production status, issues, and deviations.
  • Interpret specifications to determine equipment settings that affect product outcomes.
  • Inspect materials to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Maintain processing reports for batch records and databases.
  • Verify that the correct materials are used according to production records and schedules.
  • Identify and label all production materials throughout the process.

Your Qualifications:

  • Technical Trades School or associate degree preferred.
  • Experience in servicing and assembling manufacturing equipment.

  • Basic math skills for handling weight and volume units.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field.
  • Capability to suggest process improvements for safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Experience operating forklifts; familiarity with electric hoists/cranes is a plus.
  • Core competencies include safety awareness, cleanliness, quality work, timely completion of tasks, teamwork, and attendance.

Compensation Information:

The estimated compensation range for this position is **$20.00 to $22.00 per hour**. Compensation decisions are influenced by various factors, including internal equity, job location, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes a competitive benefits offering, starting with 2 weeks of paid time off accrued monthly, 12 holidays, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement, all effective from day one of hire.
