Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine services, diagnose and repair vehicles, and ensure they meet safety and performance standards.
- Conduct lube oil and filter changes, tire rotations, and other maintenance tasks.
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues.
- Collaborate with the parts department to procure required components.
- Document all performed and recommended work on the repair order.
Requirements:
- Manufacturer training and product knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
