Role Overview

The selected candidate will oversee commercial projects primarily located in Florida, with a focus on the Tampa area. Projects will vary in scale, ranging from $1 million to $30 million, encompassing sectors such as educational institutions, government facilities, hospitality, healthcare, retail, and other commercial developments.

  • Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000
  • Location: Tampa
  • Vehicle: Company Car / Car Allowance
  • Working Hours: 8 Hour Shift

Candidate Requirements

  • Ability to perform basic mathematical functions and communicate effectively.
  • Familiarity with electrical construction practices and energy management.
  • Understanding of fire alarm systems and schematic diagrams.
  • Strong supervisory and communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer operations.
