Job Title: CRM Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Analyst to join our team at Mohegan Sun. As a CRM Analyst, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and implementing digital gaming campaigns with the CRM Manager and Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement digital gaming campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns, and develop insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain reports to measure CRM performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal and external departments to understand business needs and develop solutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service by troubleshooting guest service issues and providing solutions to both Mohegan Sun and FanDuel customer service teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
  • Two plus years of experience in data management, data analysis, or business analysis.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, SQL programs, Power BI, and statistical programs (R or comparable analytic tool).
  • Familiarity with statistical data analysis in academic or work environments.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Training Requirements:
  • Mohegan Corporate office and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Appropriate regulations that pertain to Mohegan Information Systems.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced office work environment.
  • Must be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours with occasional travel required.
