P&D Appliance Commercial Parts and Service is seeking a skilled Commercial Cooking & Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Use a variety of tools to troubleshoot and repair gas, electric, water, refrigeration, and steam powered commercial kitchen equipment
  • Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues regarding required repairs and status
  • Navigate various service software and communications channels to provide quality service
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in repairing commercial gas, electrical, steam, and/or refrigeration equipment
  • Strong electrical, electronic, mechanical skills
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent customer communication skills
  • Ability to work hard, be punctual, and stay organized
