Automotive Process Engineer

We are seeking talented engineers to become part of our innovative team at Jobot, a leading player in the Automotive Manufacturing sector. In the role of Process Engineer, you will take charge of designing, assessing, and refining manufacturing processes, with a particular emphasis on injection molding technologies within the automotive field. This position demands a solid engineering foundation and a commitment to ongoing enhancement of processes. If you possess expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and are proficient in AutoCAD, along with a bachelor's degree in Engineering, we encourage you to explore this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Refine and advance manufacturing techniques and processes, concentrating on injection molding.
- Apply lean methodologies to boost efficiency and product quality.
- Leverage AutoCAD for the design and modification of manufacturing equipment.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to promote process enhancements and troubleshoot production challenges.
- Conduct thorough root cause analyses to resolve engineering-related issues.
- Analyze and monitor process data to ensure optimal operational performance.
- Deliver training and guidance to team members on new processes and machinery.
- Maintain adherence to industry safety and environmental standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in process engineering, particularly in automotive injection molding.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma with a proven track record of successful improvement initiatives.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or comparable design software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven with robust project management expertise.
- Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations pertinent to manufacturing.
