Key Responsibilities:
  • Refine and advance manufacturing techniques, concentrating on injection molding.
  • Apply lean methodologies to boost operational efficiency and product quality.
  • Leverage AutoCAD for the design and modification of production equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to promote process enhancements and troubleshoot production challenges.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve engineering issues.
  • Analyze and monitor process data to ensure optimal operational performance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD or comparable design software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Self-driven with effective project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations relevant to manufacturing.
