We are seeking talented engineers to take on the role of Process Engineer, where you will play a pivotal part in the development, assessment, and enhancement of manufacturing processes, with a particular emphasis on injection molding technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Refine and advance manufacturing techniques, concentrating on injection molding.
- Apply lean methodologies to boost operational efficiency and product quality.
- Leverage AutoCAD for the design and modification of production equipment.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to promote process enhancements and troubleshoot production challenges.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve engineering issues.
- Analyze and monitor process data to ensure optimal operational performance.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on new processes and machinery.
- Ensure adherence to industry safety and environmental standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in process engineering, specifically in the automotive injection molding sector.
- Lean Six Sigma certification with a proven track record of successful process improvement initiatives.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or comparable design software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven with effective project management abilities.
- Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations relevant to manufacturing.
