Key Responsibilities:
  • Refine and advance manufacturing techniques, specifically targeting injection molding processes.
  • Apply lean manufacturing principles to boost operational efficiency and product quality.
  • Leverage AutoCAD for the design and modification of production equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and troubleshoot production challenges.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve engineering-related issues.
  • Analyze and monitor process data to ensure optimal performance.
  • Deliver training and guidance to team members on new processes and machinery.
  • Maintain adherence to industry safety and environmental standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in process engineering, particularly in automotive injection molding.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification with a proven track record of successful improvement initiatives.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD or comparable design software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on continuous enhancement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven with effective project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations pertinent to manufacturing.
