Lead Cyber Intelligence Expert

L3 Technologies is seeking an experienced Lead Cyber Intelligence Expert to join our team. This role requires expertise in developing, deploying, and executing controls and defenses to ensure the security of company technology, information systems, and system deliverables.

Estimated salary range: $140,000 - $200,000 per year based on experience and location.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing appropriate standards and criteria for hardware, software, access, and encryption requirements. They will also establish system security designs and validate compliance requirements, assess and mitigate system security threats and risks throughout the program life cycle, perform system certification and accreditation planning, testing, and validation activities in coordination with government customers, and support secure systems operations and maintenance.

In addition, the ideal candidate will conduct internal information technology system audits and risk assessments and report findings and recommendations for corrective actions to management. They will execute first-level responses and address reported or detected incidents, investigate and analyze all response activities related to cyber incidents, interpret, analyze, and report all events and anomalies in accordance with directives, and safeguard information against unauthorized use, infiltration, exfiltration, modification, destruction, or disclosure of national security information.

To be successful in this role, you must have a degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience. A graduate degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience are preferred. In lieu of a degree, you must have a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience. You must also be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance and possess mastery-level knowledge within a specific technical area or multiple job areas.
