About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead our team in developing advanced radar systems. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and testing complex electronic systems. Your expertise in system-of-systems engineering will help us develop cutting-edge solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, analysis, and testing of complex electronic systems
  • Develop requirements and determine appropriate use of technologies to solve engineering problems
  • Provide technical leadership and direction to engineering design and analysis efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software components

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 15 years relevant experience with Bachelor's degree; 13 years relevant experience with Master's degree; or 10 years relevant experience with PhD
  • Minimum Secret clearance required to start; ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI w/ enhanced security checks
  • Good analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal communication skills

Desired Skills:

  • Mastery of Digital Signal Processing (DSP) techniques, theory, and high-throughput implementation
  • Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HITL) testing
  • Knowledge of software programming, preferably SIMULINK and C++
  • Familiarity with Altium, Orcad, AutoCAD, and Multisim

Work Environment: Office or industrial environment. Lifting and moving of materials not to exceed guidelines set for one-man lift.

Salary:** $140,000 - $160,000 per year.
