Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Marketing Program Management Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing programs. This role will drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through the planning, coordination, and implementation of complex marketing initiatives across various channels.

This is a management position and will require 5 years experience already in leading teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and productivity tools, as well as proficiency in tools such as Asana, Google Ads, and Marketo.

The position also serves as an operations lead, ensuring efficient workflows, process improvements, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to drive productivity and achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Liaise between Marketing, Business owners, and technical teams.
  • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Implement and lead process changes, improvements, and provide training.
  • Manage team resources and performance.
  • Identify and apply automation strategies to improve marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in marketing.
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Asana, Google Ads, and Marketo.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and process improvement skills.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic, heavily matrixed company.
