  • Administer budgets, manage expenses, and optimize resource distribution to meet financial objectives.

  • Identify opportunities for service expansion and collaborate with sales to pursue new business leads.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, including safety and compliance standards.
  • Develop and enforce safety protocols in line with industry regulations.
  • Proactively address and resolve operational challenges to maintain high service quality.
  • Lead and inspire a team of operations personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations.
  • At least 3 years of experience in transportation management.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales is advantageous.
  • Bilingual candidates are highly preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
