Job Overview

As a Cook at The Grande at South Portland, you will play a vital role in creating a high-end dining experience for our residents. Our dining services are available seven days a week, featuring themed dinners, carving stations, and dessert displays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare delicious entrees, soups, vegetables, accompaniments, and garnishes
  • Maintain high standards of quality, temperature control, and presentation
  • Follow nutritional guidelines based on resident care plans
  • Ensure the prep station and kitchen are kept clean and sanitized in accordance with food safety guidelines

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • CPR certification
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
