We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Paralegal Assistant to join our team at Beacon Hill. As a vital member of our Corporate group, you will be responsible for a broad range of tasks, including preparing and filing UCC financing statements, conducting lien searches, and supporting transaction closings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file UCC financing statements
  • Conduct lien searches, including UCC, tax, and litigation results
  • Support transaction closings and post-closing binders
  • Draft documents and maintain transaction materials
  • Research and due diligence projects
  • Client communication and liaison with marketing department
  • Prepare correspondence, memos, and complex spreadsheets
  • Manage attorney billing and client billing related matters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven transactional experience as a legal assistant or paralegal
  • Excellent technological skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with time and billing software
  • Prior experience handling complex, multiple tasks for several individuals with different work styles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
