About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Service Specialist to join our team at ADP. As a Tax Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional tax service to our clients, including tax deposits and filing, as well as managing inquiries from state and federal agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with tax deposits and filing
  • Manage inquiries from state and federal agencies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve client issues

Requirements:

  • At least two years of client service and/or call center experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
