Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define the organization's long-term strategy and goals, identifying ways to support this strategy through talent management.
  • Provide strategic direction, leadership, and support to senior management on workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement.
  • Lead major initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness, operational excellence, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive programs that align with the organization's culture and values.
  • Ensure compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in HR strategies globally, applying this knowledge to drive business results and improve processes.
Requirements:
  • 10 years of human resources experience, with HR operations and talent management experience highly preferred.
  • Previous experience with a Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Applicant Tracking System (ATS), or Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Strong understanding of state and federal requirements and regulations in relation to HR and employee/employment rights.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results to improve processes and outcomes with the use of critical thinking, analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to exhibit a high degree of quality, integrity, and honor confidentiality of appropriate information.
